NINJA practice Ninjutsu, the art of the shadow. Far beyond typical martial arts, Ninja are taught a vast array of specialized skills that make them very unique.
Ninjutsu students are taught a system that maintains an all encompassing approach to self protection that utilizes striking, joint locks, throws, and many auxiliary tactics. Students are also taught a powerful sword fighting system that helps them cultivate hand/eye coordination and enhanced intuition pertaining to the crucial art of timing and combative distancing. Beyond unarmed and swordsmanship skills, Ninja students are exposed to nine primary weapon systems, six auxiliary weapon systems, combat acrobatics, stealth, concealment, climbing, survival, mysticism, and many other skills used by the Ninja of Feudal Japan.
NINJA TRAINING is based on the five primary elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Celestial. The Ninja learns to draw from these natural forces throughout their training. This process is all about repetitive practice that develops muscle memory, spatial awareness, mental toughness, physical endurance, spiritual refinement, and the ability to respond to danger in a fashion that is both powerful and strategically sound.
