Mark wrote his first screenplay in his early teens. That love of writing never diminished and he penned and sold his first real screenplay in 1994. That success fanned the flame and he has continued developing and writing feature film scripts with 24 completed and 11 produced.
Mark made his directorial debut in 1999 with the film "Dragon and the Hawk". This step on his journey was the most transformational, showing him a new path for his creativity. This led to his current process of writing and directing his own films, including Gathering of Heroes and Star Raiders, as well as directing films for other companies, including Dragon and the Hawk, The Shadow Walkers, and The Black Hole.
Mark not only produces projects for Fusion Factory Films, he also assists other films as a producer, including Backslash, The Sensei, and Made in Chinatown. He also offers co-production opportunities with companies who create projects with genres that are similar to those produced by Fusion Factory Films.
With over 18 years at foreign and domestic distribution experience, including 10 years as an exhibitor at the American Film Market, Mark understands the most important factor in independent filmmaking begins with a distribution plan.
