COMPANY DIVISIONS
The Concept and Development Division consistently and carefully tracks industry trends, creating content true to Fusion Factory Films. They also focus on nurturing new talent to build an in-house team of skilled actors and action performers for various projects.
The Pre-Production & Production Management Division transitions greenlit projects into production, focusing on budgets, schedules, casting, equipment, locations, contracts, and other essentials to ensure efficient operations throughout the production process.
The Camera, Lighting & Sound Division captures images and sound during production, using 4K and 6K digital cameras, gimbals, drones, LED panels, an 8-channel sound kit, wireless microphones, boom mics, and other essential equipment, all maintained by this team.
The Action FX Division comprises highly trained stunt professionals specializing in Eastern, European, Modern, and Western combat styles. They excel in high falls, body burns, wire effects, breakaways, horsemanship, precision driving, and many other stunts.
The Practical FX Division handles all physical special effects, including pneumatic effects, wire rigging, pyrotechnics, breakaways, prop creation, costume design, and detailed set construction. They closely collaborate with the Action FX Division and the Production Design Team.
The Creature FX Division designs and applies custom creature creations, including pre-visualization sketches, maquettes, life-casting, sculpting, molding, casting, and painting. They create everything from old-age prosthetics to full-scale monsters, aliens, and other inhuman creatures.
The Props, Costumes, and Weapons Division manages wardrobe, armor, prop firearms, weapons, and all other related items and accessories. They ensure these items are collected, organized, maintained, and stored properly for use in current and future productions.
The Post-Production Resource Division includes Digital Imaging Technicians, Video Editors, VFX Artists, Foley Specialists, Sound Designers, Composers, and Colorists who assemble the final product, often collaborating with external experts on ambitious projects.
The Art and Media Division consists of talented photographers and media artists who create imagery that truly captures the essence of our projects. They produce posters, promotional stills, and other physical and digital media, ensuring a compelling visual representation.
The Packaging, and Distribution Division handles the final project stage, including social media advertising, screenings, press releases, trailers, and meticulously coordinating with distributors and direct-to-consumer sales for an effective global release strategy.
The Indie Filmmaker Solutions Division is a support system designed to offer up and coming filmmakers with the tools they need to find greater success in the industry. We create tutorials, how-to documents, and insights into how to raise production value in many areas.
The Indie Film Experience Division is a mentorship program that provides a unique, cost-effective pathway for aspiring actors, stunt performers, and crew members to immerse themselves in the exhilarating world of independent filmmaking to create a marketable product.

Elemental Acting is a groundbreaking series of workshops designed to elevate an actor’s craft by aligning physical presence, emotional expression, and inner awareness with the five elemental forces described by Samurai master Miyamoto Musashi in his timeless classic, The Book of Five Rings.
Within each of us lies a deep connection to the elemental forces of Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Celestial - energies that shape the way we move, feel, and respond to the world. By awakening and harnessing these elements, actors discover new dimensions of truth in their performances, unlocking emotional depth and physical authenticity that resonates on screen and stage.
Through this series of workshops, participants will explore how each element influences intention, movement, and voice, forging a powerful inner foundation that fuels compelling, transformative performances.
SHADOW QUEST
SHADOW QUEST is a fully immersive role-playing experience inspired by the spirit of Feudal Japanese warfare and mythical legends. In this unique tabletop adventure game, 4-6 participants step into fictional fantasy roles as Samurai, Ninja, and hybrid characters that can access magical energies and spiritual power.
SHADOW QUEST is played within the Dungeons & Dragons rule set. Every roll of the dice presents a new scene, a new challenge, and a demand for real-time performance choices. There are many adventure modules designed to challenge players with missions against tyrants, monsters, and rival clans. Current modules include: Wrath of the Yokai, The Veil of Steel, Rise of the Crimson Daimyo, The Lotus Rebellion, and Ashes of the Fallen Empire.
While not traditionally associated with acting training, role-playing games have become a powerful tool among Hollywood’s elite, offering immersive opportunities for character development, improvisation, and ensemble collaboration. These sessions strengthen creative instincts and emotional responsiveness, skills that are invaluable on screen.
SPECIALIZED STUNTS
There are a variety of Advanced Stunt skills that must be practiced in controlled environments outside the main training facility. These include high-intensity stunts such as car hits, high falls, body burns, motorcycle stunts, car crashes, ziplines, explosions, water-based stunts, and more. To ensure the highest level of instruction and safety, these workshops are led by industry veterans with extensive professional experience.

We host a wide range of Theatrical Firearms programs. Fundamental handling and safety courses are available to both actors and action performers, but we also hold more advanced workshops for our on-going members that cover, weapon retention, disarms, range training, team tactics, period weapons, and how to take bullet hits (squibs).

Dive into the thrilling world of Motion Capture through intensive workshops where students practice the arts of acting, fight choreography, stunts, and creature work, all tailored for film, television, and gaming. Supporting this leadership is the STUNT TEAM at Rocky Mountain Stunts, a deep roster of highly trained professionals drawn from diverse action disciplines and unified by rigorous standards and real-world experience. The team is comprised of seasoned stunt performers, fight specialists, precision drivers, riggers, wire and aerial technicians, firearms and tactical weapons handlers, and special skills performers capable of executing everything from grounded realism to large-scale spectacle. Our studio maintains a wide selection of prop and blank-firing firearms to support modern action productions. We provide knowledgeable weapons handling, choreography integration, and on-set safety consultation to ensure firearms are used responsibly and convincingly. ABOUT MARK GROVE
THE WARRIOR'S JOURNEY
Mark Steven Grove’s career began in 1972 when he embarked on a lifelong journey of discipline and mastery in the Japanese martial arts of Aiki-Taijutsu, Yawara, Ninjutsu, and Kenjutsu. After 10 years of study, he opened his first martial arts school at the age of 17, cultivating a foundation in Ninja and Samurai arts that would later shape his future endeavors in the film industry.
THE UNIONS
Entering the cinematic world in 1989, Mark became a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and has served in the union as an actor, stunt performer, fight coordinator, and stunt coordinator. His practical effects expertise led him to become a special effects foreman under the banner of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE). He has also worked under contract with the highly respected Director's Guild of America (DGA).

Mark has been a member of the Taurus World Stunt Awards since the organization's inception in 2001, supporting and celebrating the best of the best in the action industry. Mark is also a member of the prestigious Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS).

For 16 years, Mark lent his acumen to the international film market as a sales agent at the American Film Market (AFM). His creativity extends beyond performing, having written and sold over a dozen feature film scripts. The Fire Stunts Workshop will focus on the controlled use of fire effects for motion picture stunt performance. This workshop may include fire safety protocols, burn gel application, protective wardrobe, fire blanket procedures, extinguishing methods, performer preparation, and the step-by-step process of designing a safe burn gag for camera.
Depending on the level of the workshop, participants may study partial burns, fire passes, environmental fire, flame bars, and the relationship between the stunt team, special effects department, safety personnel, and production crew.

The Vehicle Stunts Workshop will introduce participants to the specialized world of motion picture driving and vehicle-based action. Training will include set safety, picture vehicle inspection, stunt driving fundamentals, camera-aware driving, near-miss and car-hit choreography, low-speed precision work, motorcycles, and the importance of terrain, tires, clearance, braking distance, and rehearsal.
This workshop will educate actors and stunt performers the difference between ordinary driving and professional vehicle action designed for camera.

The Tactical Firearms Workshop will focus on theatrical firearms handling for film and television. This workshop will cover safe weapon handling, set terminology, muzzle awareness, trigger discipline, movement with firearms, room entry for camera, tactical positioning, working with blanks or non-firing props, communication with armorers, and the difference between real-world tactics and cinematic firearms performance.
The goal of this workshop is to help actors and stunt performers how to present firearms action safely, believably, and dramatically on camera.

The High Falls and Air Ram Workshop will focus on the more advanced side of stunt performance, where body control, trust, precision, and safety become absolutely essential. Participants will train in progressive falling mechanics, landing zones, pad awareness, platform work, balcony falls, ratchet-style reactions, air ram theory, launch positioning, body shape in flight, and spotter communication.
Depending on the level of participants, the workshop may range from low-level progression to more advanced falling techniques.

CREATURE CREATION
The Motion Capture Workshop will focus on the growing relationship between stunt performance, action design, and digital production. Participants may explore the fundamentals of performing for motion capture systems, including body alignment, exaggerated but readable movement, clean physical intention, creature movement, combat performance, falls, and weapon handling.
The workshop may also introduce performers to how motion data is used in video games, animation, previs, and digital stunt design.

The Creature Creation Workshop will explore the practical effects artistry behind designing and bringing monsters, creatures, and non-human characters to life. This workshop may include concept development, sculpting basics, mask making, prosthetic design, creature suits, claws, teeth, horns, armor, paint work, aging, distressing, and performer movement.
Participants will learn how practical creature effects are designed not only as visual objects, but as wearable, performable creations that must survive the physical demands of film production.
