
The Concept and Development Division consistently and carefully tracks industry trends, creating content true to Fusion Factory Films. They also focus on nurturing new talent to build an in-house team of skilled actors and action performers for various projects.

The Pre-Production & Production Management Division transitions greenlit projects into production, focusing on budgets, schedules, casting, equipment, locations, contracts, and other essentials to ensure efficient operations throughout the production process.

The Camera, Lighting & Sound Division captures images and sound during production, using 4K and 6K digital cameras, gimbals, drones, LED panels, an 8-channel sound kit, wireless microphones, boom mics, and other essential equipment, all maintained by this team.

The Action FX Division comprises highly trained stunt professionals specializing in Eastern, European, Modern, and Western combat styles. They excel in high falls, body burns, wire effects, breakaways, horsemanship, precision driving, and many other stunts.

The Practical FX Division handles all physical special effects, including pneumatic effects, wire rigging, pyrotechnics, breakaways, prop creation, costume design, and detailed set construction. They closely collaborate with the Action FX Division and the Production Design Team.

The Creature FX Division designs and applies custom creature creations, including pre-visualization sketches, maquettes, life-casting, sculpting, molding, casting, and painting. They create everything from old-age prosthetics to full-scale monsters, aliens, and other inhuman creatures.

The Props, Costumes, and Weapons Division manages wardrobe, armor, prop firearms, weapons, and all other related items and accessories. They ensure these items are collected, organized, maintained, and stored properly for use in current and future productions.

The Post-Production Resource Division includes Digital Imaging Technicians, Video Editors, VFX Artists, Foley Specialists, Sound Designers, Composers, and Colorists who assemble the final product, often collaborating with external experts on ambitious projects.

The Art and Media Division consists of talented photographers and media artists who create imagery that truly captures the essence of our projects. They produce posters, promotional stills, and other physical and digital media, ensuring a compelling visual representation.

The Packaging, and Distribution Division handles the final project stage, including social media advertising, screenings, press releases, trailers, and meticulously coordinating with distributors and direct-to-consumer sales for an effective global release strategy.

The Indie Filmmaker Solutions Division is a support system designed to offer up and coming filmmakers with the tools they need to find greater success in the industry. We create tutorials, how-to documents, and insights into how to raise production value in many areas.

The Indie Film Experience Division is a mentorship program that provides a unique, cost-effective pathway for aspiring actors, stunt performers, and crew members to immerse themselves in the exhilarating world of independent filmmaking to create a marketable product.

He's been a Star Trek alien, a comic book hero, a prisoner, prison guard, thug, sailor, soldier, and spy. He's crashed cars and motorcycles, been set on fire, drowned in the ocean, and thrown off cliffs and buildings. Even though he's been killed a hundred times... he keeps coming back for more.

Rick Avery is a stuntman, stunt coordinator, actor, director, helicopter pilot, and aerial coordinator with over 600 fearture film, television, and commercial credits. He won the Screen Actors Cast Award for "Traffic", the Best Stunt Ensemble Award for "Batman Dark Knight", and the 2009 Taurus World Stunt Award for Best Vehicular Work in "Batman Dark Knight". He is also the recipient of the 2016 Action Icon Award at the Action on Film Festival.

Chuck Borden has appeared and performed in almost 400 productions. He has coordinated big stars such as Val Kilmer, Will Ferrell, Dustin Hoffman, Ewan McGregor, and many, many more. He also is one of the only stuntmen to be featured on a Star Trek collectors card. He has recently been nominated for a 2019 Emmy Award for his Stunt Coordination on the Netflix series The Haunting of Hill House.

SHADOW QUEST is a fully immersive role-playing experience inspired by the spirit of Feudal Japanese warfare and mythical legends. In this unique tabletop adventure game, 4-6 participants step into fictional fantasy roles as Samurai, Ninja, and hybrid characters that can access magical energies and spiritual power.
SHADOW QUEST is played within the Dungeons & Dragons rule set. Every roll of the dice presents a new scene, a new challenge, and a demand for real-time performance choices. There are many adventure modules designed to challenge players with missions against tyrants, monsters, and rival clans. Current modules include: Wrath of the Yokai, The Veil of Steel, Rise of the Crimson Daimyo, The Lotus Rebellion, and Ashes of the Fallen Empire.
While not traditionally associated with acting training, role-playing games have become a powerful tool among Hollywood’s elite, offering immersive opportunities for character development, improvisation, and ensemble collaboration. These sessions strengthen creative instincts and emotional responsiveness, skills that are invaluable on screen.

There are a variety of Advanced Stunt skills that must be practiced in controlled environments outside the main training facility. These include high-intensity stunts such as car hits, high falls, body burns, motorcycle stunts, car crashes, ziplines, explosions, water-based stunts, and more. We host a wide range of Theatrical Firearms programs. Fundamental handling and safety courses are available to both actors and action performers, but we also hold more advanced workshops for our on-going members that cover, weapon retention, disarms, range training, team tactics, period weapons, and how to take bullet hits (squibs).

This expertise has made him a key player in films like "Big Trouble in Little China," "Lethal Weapon 4," and "Inception," as well as in TV shows including "Marvel's Luke Cage," where he won an Emmy for Outstanding Stunt Coordination. Mark Anthony Baca has been working in film the past 30 years. Starting his Carrier in stunts and eventually acting on the big screen to producing films. Winning many awards for stunts, including his Official Emmy Award win in 2024!
A 6th Degree Black Belt and weapons expert among many other things, Mark Anthony brings a lot to the table with his team to the film and television process !
Most recently Mark Anthony has been hired as a stunt coordinator and safety for the “Ben Affleck” film “The Accountant 2”. Warner Bros. loved working with Mark Anthony and his team so much that they also hired him as a stunt Coordinator for the press Junkets promotions of the “Minecraft” Movie with Jason Mamoa and Jack Black.

Mark Steven Grove has always had an innate affinity for bringing the vivid worlds of his imagination to life. Mark’s career soared as he contributed to a cascade of blockbuster hits that include Austin Powers 2: The Spy Who Shagged Me, Where the Wild Things Are, and the monumental Jurassic Park III. He left his mark on popular series such as NBC's Heroes, CBS's CSI: NY, and HBO's renowned True Blood. In 2015, Mark assumed the role of Project Supervisor at Spectral Motion. is leadership was instrumental in crafting extraordinary creatures for Netflix's Stranger Things, Bright, Avengers: Infinity War, Amazon Prime's The Tomorrow War, as well as Disney’s beloved series The Mandalorian and Ahsoka.

Kevon Ward is an accomplished alum of multiple seasons of the hit television series Face Off, a competition show that highlights and challenges the skills of the world’s most talented makeup artists. Kevon is an artist through and through, with a deep passion for visual storytelling. His talents span a wide range of disciplines, from drawing and painting to designing, casting, and applying advanced prosthetic makeup. He also builds giant 3-dimensional sculptures and creates amazing puppets, props, and costume pieces. Kevon has become an invaluable resource to the Colorado film community, generously offering his expertise to numerous independent productions and delivering high-level makeup effects, realistic wounds, detailed creatures, and imaginative, screen-ready costumes that elevate every project.
